Vessel Tending
Beyond our Home Tending Service, Centurion is completely qualified to tend to your vessel when you are away from your home.
We will board your vessel and check for common issues that could arise in your absence:
- Battery failure
- Bilge failure
Gas build up
- Unforeseen damage from storms
- Infestation
As with any service that Centurion provides, we always have your best interests in mind.
All of your subcontractors would be monitored for quality control and graded on their performance.
You would be left with an inspection list on each visit or contacted via e-mail or phone at your request.
Centurion will notify you of any concerns immediately and assist you with the selection of new contractors if the need arises.

Occupied - Residence Home Tending
Occupied-Residence Home Tending is for out-of-area clients with year-round family members living in Florida who might be elderly or widowed and in
need of our home tending service. We will provide our standard home tending service on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
During our inspection of the property we will make a courteous visit to your family member or members and report back to you with our findings at the completion of
each visit.
We find that our clients' family members look forward to Centurions visit's. An added benefit is the peace of mind of our out-of-area clients.
